The term Blue Zones was first coined by Dan Buettner to describe areas of the world where people not only lived longer than the rest of the world, but also enjoyed a higher quality of life. where people not only lived longer but also enjoyed a high quality of life in their old age. This 45- minute documentary takes us to the villages of Sardinia to a sunny suburb of California, as Dan and his team explore what has contributed to these communities’ amazing lifespans.
