Flatland Harmony Experiment
Flatland Harmony Experiment is a high octane three piece vocally driven string band from Indianapolis Indiana. Flatland Harmony Experiment dances with a single large diaphragm condenser microphone to share their music with audiences. The trio trades lead vocal and lead instrumental responsibilities through a large and diverse original musical pallet. Brown County Community Band presents the Tunes of the 40's, 50's and Beyond
"Loving the Big Band Sounds" presented by Sounds of Dreams
Sounds of Dreams has a spirit of being laid back but full of energy. The members of the band are incredible musicians, all team players, full of encouragement and humor. When you hear and see the band – there is a real sense of joy coming from the bandstand.
Seventeen musicians bring back the sounds of Glen Miller, Count Basie, Duke Ellington and Stan Kenton. Add our outstanding vocalists and we add a special touch to The Great American Songbook. We stay current with musical selections from newer performers like Nora Jones, Diana Krall and Michael Buble’. Dreams do come true. I have heard them when I was young and am leading them today – Ron Duncan, bandleader.
