SUMMARY:Chicago Farmer & The Fieldnotes with special guest The Hammer and The Hatchet
DESCRIPTION:“Chicago Farmer has his finger on the modern Roots pulse with a display of gritty Country Rock and Folk from the gut amid a Folksingers mesh of lyrical humor and problems with a groove.” – The Alternate Root \n“It’s apparent Chicago Farmer has a refreshingly firm grip on where he comes from. The songs are covered to the elbows in dirt from the fields and smell of the sweaty factory floors. If the Midwest is looking for a voice\, the search is over.” – No Depression \n“Chicago Farmer represents the best qualities of Midwestern U.S.A. His lyrics\, his stories and his heart are true. He’ll give you that feeling of ‘going home’. He’ll make you want to say all those things you’ve been meaning to say but were too afraid. At the same time his songs can make you ask yourself some deep questions. His songs give you hope. If you didn’t know him I believe just his voice would make you believe every word he says. Definitely one of my favorite singers out there today.” – Pokey LaFarge \nWith special guest The Hammer and The Hatchet \nBUY TICKETS\n\n \nBUY TICKETS

SUMMARY:Debutants with special guest The Hammer and The Hatchet
DESCRIPTION:Debutants is a seven-piece “Indiana Newgrass” band from Fort Wayne\, Indiana\, crafting vibrant\, genre-defying music rooted in bluegrass instrumentation and driven by a wide-ranging love of indie folk\, Americana\, and improvisational music. With guitar\, mandolin\, banjo\, two fiddles\, cello\, and upright bass\, their sound nods to tradition while confidently stepping beyond it—honoring the past without being bound by it. \nDebutants thrives in the space between structure and spontaneity. Their original songs are thoughtfully arranged as a group—catchy\, earnest\, and intriguing—reflecting the band’s collaborative spirit and diverse musical voices. With five songwriters and six singers contributing up to six-part harmonies\, Debutants offers a constantly shifting yet cohesive sound. Onstage\, the band’s chemistry is undeniable: joyful\, energetic\, and deeply connected. The best compliment they’ve received—being described as “one big musical amoeba”—captures their essence perfectly: distinct parts moving together as one living\, breathing organism. \nAbove all\, Debutants plays music that feels alive. Their performances radiate positivity\, connection\, and genuine love for one another—and that joy is contagious\, leaving audiences energized\, smiling\, and fully in the moment. \nWITH SPECIAL GUEST THE HAMMER AND THE HATCHET \nBUY TICKETS\n\n \n \nBUY TICKETS

SUMMARY:Respect: The Women of Rock and Soul
DESCRIPTION:Jenn Cristy leads this vocal power-house show celebrating 60 years of women in music! Featuring the music of Aretha Franklin\, Etta James\, Whitney Houston\, Tina Turner\, The Supremes\, Gladys Knight\, Patti LaBelle\, and Adele\, just to name a few. This talented trio\, including incredible vocalists Zoë Reed and Chrislyn Miller\, gives the audience a concert experience with beautiful three-part harmonies and soaring renditions of both classic standards and popular music. This show will have you wanting more after every hit! Relive wonderful musical memories\, while along with the Women of Rock and Soul we create brand new ones! It is a night to celebrate the women\, the voices\, the legends and the powerful impact they have made in history. \nSinger/songwriter Jenn Cristy has been refining her original sound for nearly a decade now as a solo artist\, pushing in new directions with each album while always retaining the rock n’ roll soul that has brought audiences across the country to their feet. For the latest album\, Crawl\, Cristy spent nearly two years working with her band members before even entering the studio. The result is her most polished and nuanced album to date\, a blend of storytelling lyrics with pop hooks and dazzling instrumental work that is sure to please both devoted fans and first-time listeners. Now on her fifth solo album\, Jenn began her career with John Mellencamp\, meeting the Hoosier rocker in Bloomington\, Indiana\, where she was in the midst of an all-American swimming career at Indiana University. During her stint with Mellencamp’s band she proved her versatility\, playing flute\, piano\, percussion\, organ\, and violin in addition to singing. When she embarked on her solo career in 2003\, she wanted to create a sound that both honored all of her varied influences – from Ben Folds to Pink and Bruce Hornsby to Queen – while creating something decidedly original. It is clear that her music has found a hungry audience. Cristy has played around the country\, sharing the stage with a veritable who’s-who of artists – Shawn Mullins\, John Eddie\, Antigone Rising\, Indigenous\, Bree Sharp\, Jeffery Gaines\, Danielia Cotton and Michael Gabliki (Rusted Root) –or dominating it herself. Her songs have earned praise everywhere from blogs and small-town newspapers to The New York Times. The piano-driven rock is a platform for lyrics that encompass everything from matters of the heart to politics to straight-ahead fun…or murder. In Cristy’s world\, every story has a melody. \nBUY TICKETS

SUMMARY:Moon Over Buffalo [Live Theatre]
DESCRIPTION:Moon Over Buffalo \nby Ken Ludwig \nIt is the summer of 1953\, and George and Charlotte Hay\, former Broadway stars\, have taken their run-down touring company to Buffalo\, New York. In Buffalo they have the intention of running “Cyrano de Bergerac” and “Private Lives” in repertory\, all the while grumbling about missed Hollywood opportunities. But on-stage harmony is compromised when George performs an off-stage infidelity\, impregnating the company’s ingenue. When Charlotte learns of this\, she prepares to run away with the family lawyer\, sending lightweight George on a grief-stricken drinking binge. Meanwhile\, it  turns out that Frank Capra is headed to town on a talent scouting mission looking to hire the couple for his swashbuckling Scarlet Pimpernel epic. As a result\, the Hay family — including scornful\, deaf mother-in-law Ethel\, determinedly practical daughter Rosalind\, and dashing actor Paul\, Rosalind’s ex-boyfriend — must work overtime to get sloppy drunk George into his Cyrano hat and nose…. or is it his Elyot Chase smoking jacket? With the entrance of Rosalind’s fiancé\, anxious TV weatherman Howard — one man with two mistaken identities — and Richard Maynard\, the wealthy lawyer hoping to lure Charlotte away to his mansion — the confusion only intensifies. \n  \nCAST & CREW\nGeorge: Ed Phillips\nPaul: Brenden King\nHoward: Larry Compton\nRichard: Tim Staggs\nCharlotte: Kristy Kelly\nRosalind: Dania Leova\nEileen: Erin Rudich\nEthel: Sheila Popplewell \nDirector: Steve Booker\nAssistant Director: Wendi Gore \n  \nTickets - Fri\, May 29\, 7:30 PM\n\nTickets - Sat\, May 30\, 7:30 PM\n\nTickets - Sun\, May 31\, 2:30 PM\n\nTickets - Fri\, June 5\, 7:30 PM\n\nTickets - Sat\, June 6\, 7:30 PM
