SUMMARY:Michael Bone Read
DESCRIPTION:Michael Bone Read is a founding member and songwriter for the band Roadmaster. The band had five albums on Village and Mercury/Phonogram records and toured extensively with Rush\, Blue Oyster Cult\, and many others. Todd Rundgren produced three songs for their first album. He then joined Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels and the Turtles with Flo and Eddie after that. He worked with Gary Lewis\, Len Barry\, Alex Chilton and the BoxTops and other acts from that era. Henry Lee Summer\, the Alligator Brothers\, Carl Storie\, and the Doo Band came next. He continues to write and selectively perform. He has re-recorded several Roadmaster songs that he authored and has released an eponymous cd entitled “FINALLY!” Featuring these songs and several other songs he has written over the years. He is joined by a band of accomplished musicians featuring saxophonist Rob Dixon\, and members of the Doo Band\, Phillip Powers\, Aimee Eisenmann\, Dave Donahoe\, Anne Manley\, and bassist Chris Brown.  \nBUY TICKETS

DESCRIPTION:The 12th Annual Indiana State Fingerstyle Guitar Festival features a morning guitar competition and an evening concert! \n11:00am Guitar Competition\nUp to 40 acoustic guitarists from all over the world will compete to win one of the prize guitars and move on to the International Competition in Winfield\, Kansas\, later this year. The first round of competition will be followed by a Final Five Playoff\, with winners announced immediately after. \n7:30PM Evening Concert\nThe Top Three players from the morning competition will open the show\, followed by The Cruz Brothers and Michael Kelsey! The Cruz Brothers are Mark Cruz\, who won our competition in 2022\, and the award-winning Edgar Cruz. \nMichael Kelsey joins the Cruz Brothers with his free-flowing improvisational style that involves every inch of his instrument. From his funky\, percussive playing style that conjures an image of a one-man version of STOMP to lush instrumentals reminiscent of Michael Hedges/Phil Keaggy\, his performance blends multiple musical genres and vocals along with some techno fun to create a sound all his own. SUMMARY:Dave "The King" Wilson with Mike Armstrong "Bob and Tom's favorite Cop"
DESCRIPTION:Dave “The King” Wilson\, a world renowned stand-up comedian of 11 years\, has been an Indianapolis radio listeners’ companion for longer than that. First in 1983 to 1995 with Bob & Tom on Q-95 and then as the longtime host of the WIBC afternoon show\, Dave has become part of the Indy landsape. A native of Speedway\, Wilson grew up less than a mile from the Brickyard and spent a great deal of time at the track during May as a youth\, just as he now does as an adult. \n\nDescribed by those who know him as the real life version of the Southern Gentleman\, Mike Armstrong can best be described as the perfect best friend that you just met.  Because of his unique talent for improvisational comedy\, he became a regular on The Bob & Tom Radio Show and will forever be known as the Ex-Cop on The Bob & Tom Show. (Mike will forever sing the praises of Bob Kevoian and Tom Griswold as a huge reason for his success in the comedy world.) Mike has appeared on HBO\, Comedy Central\, Fox and CNT as well as opening for major musical acts such as Michael Buble\, Alan Jackson\, Tracy Lawrence and David Allan Coe (just to name a few.) In addition\, Mike was a consultant and actor on the hit show\, “American Dumbest Criminals\,” and has made cameo appearances in shows such as “Zena\, Warrior Princess\,” and “Vice.” The list of all that Mike has done and appeared in could go on for days.
