DESCRIPTION:The Brown County Playhouse in Nashville\, Indiana\, welcomes blues icons John Primer & The Real Deal Blues Band with special guests Paul Holdman and Gordon Bonham. \nAs a young man\, guitarist\, vocalist\, and bandleader John Primer learned Chicago blues with the masters. Primer performed regularly with legends such as Muddy Waters\, Willie Dixon\, and was a long-term band leader for Magic Slim & The Teardrops. Primer is one of the few truly-authentic Chicago bluesmen touring and recording today. DESCRIPTION:Songs of the South a tribute to Alabama formed in 2019. Comprised of 6 members from the Mountains of Tennessee\, Southwest Virginia and Western North Carolina. Members include Wayne Kelley on lead vocals/rhythm guitar\, Jerry Hanger drums/vocals\, Mike Thacker lead guitar/vocals\, Chris Kelley bass/vocals\, Rick Osborne keyboards\, John Synder fiddle and guitar. \nThis groups members has been preforming together for over 20 years and have played over 1500 shows. Our goal is to put on a show that is energetic\, upbeat\, and takes you back to when you heard these songs for the first time. We want to make you clap\, dance\, sing along\, and leave you wanting more. Your crowd will be on their feet! \nThis show goes non-stop!
