Primer performed regularly with legends such as Muddy Waters\, Willie Dixon\, and was a long-term band leader for Magic Slim & The Teardrops. Primer is one of the few truly-authentic Chicago bluesmen touring and recording today. DESCRIPTION:Born in England\, Jon emigrated to the U.S. with his parents and began his performing career at the age of eight\, singing and playing guitar.
